A clear pathway

Discovery first. Evidence next. Recognition earned.

The free profile begins the conversation. A meaningful Life-Earned Qualification would require evidence, reflection and transparent assessment.

1. Answer

Respond to carefully designed questions and realistic life scenarios.

2. Discover

Receive an Applied Life Capability Profile showing strengths and development areas.

3. Evidence

Add examples from work, family, care, volunteering, study and enterprise.

4. Advance

Use the profile for confidence, career direction, further learning or contribution.

What could count as evidence?

  • Projects completed, systems created or difficult problems solved.
  • Businesses operated, customers served or teams coordinated.
  • Households, budgets, children, relatives or caring responsibilities managed.
  • Courses, books, technical subjects and skills studied independently.
  • Testimonials, references, portfolios, photographs or records of achievement.
  • A reflective interview explaining what happened, what you did and what you learned.

Why a quiz alone is not enough

A free questionnaire can reveal patterns and possibilities. It cannot, on its own, prove mastery. That is why the profile and the eventual verified qualification are separate.
